What Are the World’s Weirdest Laws — and Why Have We Never Heard of Them?

How Are the World’s Weird Laws Connected to Our Dreams?

So, what’s the formula for a happy and successful life?

The secret of successful people is simple: they know the rules!

The formulas of the universe are super powerful. If we understand them, reaching our dreams actually becomes easy—not some painful struggle where we feel like we’re drowning.

This week in Borna Magazine, we’re diving into the “mathematics of creation” and how it connects to our goals and dreams.

Since we were kids, we learned that there are some strange rules in the world that we have to follow, whether we like it or not. Like the law of gravity, which pulls everything toward Earth. Or Newton’s action-reaction rule: push something, and it pushes back with the same force.

Some of these laws were taught to us in school, and others we figured out ourselves through life experience. And here’s the thing—it doesn’t matter if you’re a Nobel Prize winner or just an everyday person. These universal rules apply equally to everyone. Gravity doesn’t pull less on you just because you’re “smarter,” right?

The only real difference is this: people who get these laws and know how they work have a way easier life. Why? Because they can use them to their advantage. Take a farmer, for example. If his land is slanted, he knows water will always flow downhill. So, if he plants the crops that need more water at the bottom of his field, he’ll definitely be more successful—because he’s using gravity to his advantage, even if he doesn’t know the fancy scientific name for it!

The Laws Do Their Thing Anyway

So, what do we mean when we say our world is “mathematical”?
It means everything around us follows laws, formulas, and patterns. Basically, the whole universe is like one giant, super-complicated mathematical system. And the better we understand it, the more successful we’ll be in life.

Of course, we already know some of these famous laws—like gravity, friction, or electricity. But here’s the twist: there are also non-physical laws that are just as real, even if they don’t get mentioned in science class. Things like the law of infinity-seeking, the law of cause and effect, or even the law of divine trials.

The cool part? These laws work the same way as the physical ones. Whether you know them or not, they still do their job. But if you do know them, and actually use them when making decisions, life gets way easier—and you’ll reach your goals a lot faster.

Here’s the deal: there’s no escaping the impact these laws have on our wishes and dreams. But that’s not bad news—it actually means we can learn how to work with them.

For example, the law of cause and effect says that our choices and dreams directly shape our lives. You can’t just make a wish and expect zero consequences. Like, you can’t dream of becoming a doctor and then expect to never deal with patients. Or say you want to live abroad, but hope the culture there won’t affect you at all. Nope—it doesn’t work like that!

So, What Should We Do With All These Laws?

If we really want to reach our dreams and goals in life, we’ve got to pay attention to our decisions and line up our wishes carefully. Basically, the path of our life depends on what we choose and what we aim for. The good news? If we understand these strange laws of the world and how they connect to our dreams, we’ll not only dream smarter, but we’ll also pick goals that actually match who we really are. And in the end, we’ll get closer to achieving them.

For example, if we don’t respect the right “balance” in life and only focus on material things, everything gets messed up. Like, if all we ever care about is buying the newest phone, the coolest clothes, or the most expensive gadgets, our animal aspect (the part that only cares about material stuff) takes over. And when that happens, our true, real self can’t even breathe.

Ever wonder why we’re never fully satisfied with what we have, and we’re always jumping from one thing to the next? Like, we buy a new phone and after a while, we just want a better one. Or we get a new video game, play it non-stop at first, and then get bored and start looking for a more exciting game. Remember when we said this is the law of infinity-seeking? It means there’s literally no end to our wishes and desires!

Sure, we can’t run away from these strange laws of the universe—but we can learn how to deal with them, or even use them to our advantage. For instance, if we realize that our constant craving for “newer and better” comes from this infinity-seeking law, we can learn to manage it. Because here’s the truth: nothing in this world can fully satisfy us. The only way to fill that bottomless desire is to turn toward the Absolute Infinite Existence —God Himself. That’s where we find real peace and escape the endless cycle of confusion.

Whether we like it or not, these strange laws of the world are tied to our dreams and wishes. So if we want to get closer to our goals—or even just live an easier life—we should stop procrastinating, dive into these laws, and first learn how they actually work. That’s exactly what we explained in this video:

When What We Want Just Doesn’t Happen!

A lot of the time things just don’t go the way we want.
Imagine a gardener who waters their flowers every day—but the plants keep wilting. Or a kid who studies nonstop but still gets low grades. Obviously, something’s off. When we really want something and work hard for it but still don’t get it, what do we do? We hunt for the reason—we diagnose the problem.

Just like when a gadget stops working and we try to find the fault, we can look for the flaw in the wishes and goals that didn’t come true. If, despite huge effort, we fail to reach something, it usually means our approach wasn’t in tune with the laws of the world—or maybe even ran against them. So we need to find that law and align ourselves with it.

For example, if we want to win a medal in a sport but we don’t, we have to check where the problem is coming from. Most likely we didn’t respect the law of cause and effect (or fate) properly—we acted they way we wanted, then wondered why we never make it. If we want to line ourselves up with the world’s rules, we must make decisions and choices that actually lead to medals: pick a good coach, train regularly under their guidance, fix sleep and nutrition, and so on.

We basically have two options: either learn these laws and how to use them, or slack off and keep getting surprised and falling behind.

Now that we know how important these laws are and what role they play in getting us toward our goals, isn’t it worth taking the time to study them and figure out how they work? So listen carefully to this week’s episode of The Torch:
